Our returns policy lasts (5) calendar days. If (5) days or more have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, we unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund. Why? Well, most of our vendors and suppliers are located all over the world. And as such, they all have different periods of time in which they will honor returns. The (5) day limit ensures that enough time is allotted to have your return/refund claim submitted and processed. We encourage our customers to inspect their item as soon as it arrives.

 GETTING YOUR REFUND (if applicable)

In order to receive your refund, you will need to follow the below steps.

    1. Please tell us what item you are returning, the amount requested for refund, and the issue/concern prompting the return.
      1. Please attach a photo or image of the issue
        1. This will greatly speed up the claims process.
        2. Those w/o pictures will have to wait until our team preforms a visible inspection of the item.
        3. The address of our Reclaim center will be emailed as part of the returns email.
      2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
        1. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.


To be eligible for a return your item must be defective, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not attempt to fix or correct any issues found on the item. This will automatically void any refund/returns requests.

Items must also be returned in the original packaging. There will be 50% fee imposed for any items returned w/o it's original retail packaging

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
  • We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items


  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
    • Book with obvious signs of use
    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, flash drives, which has been opened or used.
    • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items which are on sale or part of any close-out promotions cannot be refunded.  


EXCHANGE (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  These items are replaced as quickly as possible and all attempts will be made to replace with like items and the same price previously paid.  



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
